PROFILE
Overwatch was founded by industry veterans to support the construction missions of Federal, State, and Local public agencies. Our experience includes building and infrastructure projects nationwide for the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. General Services Administration.

LEADERSHIP
Overwatch Construction Management is led by Chris Vander Velde, PSP. He is supported by a team with decades of experience in governmental construction management projects.
Chris Vander Velde, PSP
Chris is an experienced leader. As the President of Overwatch, he oversees operations and staff, and determines the strategic focus of the firm. Chris is a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) with more than 10 years of industry experience.
From 2006 to 2010, Chris served as a Non-Commissioned Officer and Team Leader in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. He helped plan, lead, and execute missions in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Chris later served as an infantry squad leader in the California Army National Guard. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School and Jumpmaster School.
Overwatch CM is a certified SDVOSB and California DVBE.
