Overwatch provides comprehensive project, construction management, and consulting services for government agencies, design professionals, and contractors. We specialize in cost and project controls, including estimating and scheduling. We have years of experience providing these services for our clients. We are principal-led and client-focused, dedicated to minimizing risk and protecting our clients’ assets.
Who We Serve
Overwatch was founded by industry veterans to support the construction missions of Federal, State, and Local public agencies. Our experience includes capital projects for higher education systems including CSU and UC, the U.S. General Services Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense and K-12 school districts.
