Overwatch was founded by industry veterans to support the construction missions of Federal, State, and Local public agencies. Our experience includes building and infrastructure projects nationwide for the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. General Services Administration.

fs3|Hodges is a part of Overwatch CM. Originally founded in 2011, fs3|Hodges provides owner’s representative services for construction and capital projects. Clients of fs3|Hodges include the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the California State University (CSU) and University of California (UC) systems, Palo Alto Unified School District, and Los Angeles Unified School District.
