Overwatch provided CPM scheduling, on-site quality assurance/quality control, and material procurement for the construction of the new Hybrid Operating Room Suite at the VA Palo Alto. 

The new facilities are adjacent to an existing Cath Lab which remained operational during construction. The Hybrid OR Suite is 4,330 SF and encompasses an Operating Room, a Control Room, a Generator Room, an Anesthesia Pump Equipment Room, a Scrub Area, a Clean Supply Room, a Holding/Monitor Area, a Locker Room, and Toilet Rooms. This suite also includes a new HVAC system that extends from the 2nd floor through the 4th floor with roof penetration, culminating with the installation of a new Air Handling Unit on the roof.
