fs3|Hodges, a part of Overwatch CM, is the Program and Construction Manager for the new student housing at Cal Poly Humboldt.

The new Student Housing at Cal Poly Humboldt will construct two main buildings consisting of 964 beds total connected by courtyard and surrounded with parking, usable grounds, recreation facilities and other intermodal support.

The Project will be focused around a central community space or “mews”. This will include a marketplace, gym, game rooms, conference rooms, and student life services. The construction of this student housing is designed to support projected increased student enrollment as part of the Cal Poly transition program. fs3H is providing Design Management, Design & Constructability Reviews, RFQs and RFPs for Design-Build Procurements, GMP Evaluation & Negotiations, IOR Services, Cost Estimating, on-site CM, Inspection, Scheduling, Document Control.
