For nearly five years, fs3|Hodges, a part of Overwatch CM,  provided on- and off-site, full- and part-time CPM scheduling services for the $1.6 billion Midfield Satellite Concourse North project at LAX.

The project included new multi-level concourse with 12 new gates, associated aircraft parking aprons, taxiways/taxi lanes, and utilities

The 1.7 million SF MSC North Project is located in the central area of the airfield west of Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), and is LEED Silver. It has proven to dramatically increase airport operational efficiency and passenger experience.
